Stan Kessler, Nat Friedler and a part-time secretary began our business in 1970. Our Market: Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and western Tennessee. Our goal: To become the finest manufacturers’ representative agency in the market. Our philosophy: to work hard, consistently, honestly and knowledgeably, with responsiveness and follow-up service to our manufacturers and customers.

In 1998, Sales Marketing Services, LLC began to exclusively concentrate and service only Walmart and Sam’s Club.

In 2005, due to Hurricane Katrina, Sales Marketing Services, LLC relocated personnel and opened a new office in Bentonville, AR, Worldwide Headquarters for Walmart and Sam’s Club. Instead of almost weekly travel from New Orleans to Bentonville; we are now an integral part of the Northwest Arkansas community; professionally and personally.

We succeeded because we provided fast and reliable access to the market in an organized professional manner. Our company has proven to be the leader in capturing market share for the companies we represent; by providing information, direction, and consistent communication. We are an integral and tenured part of this market with professional relationships and a known record of reliability.

Since that time and our interaction with Walmart and Sam’s Club we have gained knowledge of procedures, needs, personnel, time frames, schedules and the physical location to support meetings and product reviews.

In 2015 we purchased a 3,500 sq.ft. stand alone building; 2,500 sq.ft. of office and storage area and a dedicated 1,000 sq.ft. Showroom/Modular space. We are now servicing Walmart and Sam’s Club more effectively, for meetings and modular schematics.

Our office / show room is located 1 mile from the Walmart and Sam’s Club Home Office and half a mile from the Walmart layout center.

Our knowledge of Walmart and Sam’s Club, coupled with our integrity and responsiveness, will continue to pay future dividends for Walmart and Sam’s Club, and the companies we represent.
